Capitol Creations @ Old State Capitol — November 2026

CAPITOL CREATIONS AT THE OLD STATE CAPITOL — Hosted by Studio on 6th with All Paint. Spend your Saturday morning getting creative in one of Springfield's most historic settings. Join us every Saturday in November — November 7, 14, 21 — from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM for a different seasonal painting project. The final November Saturday, November 28, switches to a Make & Take Workshop from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, kicking off the Holiday Walk season. Your $5 ticket reserves your seat and includes your first Make & Take project; additional projects are chosen and paid for at the Make & Take table. Pricing: $35 single painter | $65 double/couple | $120 family or group of 4. This is an all-ages, create-at-your-own-pace workshop — bring the kids, friends, family, or your whole crafty crew. No artistic experience needed; All Paint guides you step by step. IMPORTANT: Classes are held at the Old State Capitol, 1 East Old State Capitol Plaza — NOT at Studio on 6th. Wear paint-friendly clothing. Snacks and non-alcoholic drinks are welcome; adult beverages are not permitted at the Old State Capitol. Seats must be purchased in advance. Because supplies are prepared specifically for each class, there are no refunds for cancellations or no-shows — you're eligible for one reschedule or a take-and-make paint kit.
